I was shopping at the Natick Mall and noticed a Spa was added to the area. I went home and Groupon had a Spavia coupon. I quickly purchased it and made my appointment at Spavia. After making my appointment I was sent an email about allergies, lotion scents and music that I would choose during my visit. Upon arrival to Spavia I was greeted by a very friendly employee and she walked me through the process. I was shown my locker that is secured, my super soft robe, a toasty warm neck pillow and slippers. I changed and awaited my 80 minute Swedish massage. I was greeted by the employee who showed me to my room. The staff was extremely accommodating- she asked questions before she started and worked areas that were bothering me the most. After, I purchased a gift card for my Mom because I know She would feel comfortable going to Spavia!
