I never have gone to a spa or hair salon at 'the mall' but I won a gift card for Spavia and decided I could use a massage (hot stone)! From the minute I walked in the door, I knew this was going to be a great experience! The front desk staff were so nice and pleasant to deal with. Once back into the 'spa' area I totally felt like I was at some beautiful retreat off the coast of somewhere happy! The changing area is very comfortable and clean. A robe and slip on shoes were there to wear during my time there. The shoes can be worn in the shower as well....bonus! I waited in another area with comfortable chairs, plenty of books and magazines to look at while sipping on water or tea with a hot soft roll around my neck! Not long after the massage therapist greeted me and brought me to her room. They let you pick what type of music you want and the fragrance of the oil she would be using. The bed was nicely heated! Samantha, the masseuse gave me plenty of time to get settled. The next hour was magical! She listened to what I had told her before we started and it turned out to be one of the best massages I have had! Upon leaving, she gives you plenty of time to get ready to leave room. Once done and back out at front desk, I was told about a few other services they offer and was given some info. NO high pressure sales pitch at all. I would recommend anyone to visit Spavia for any service they offer! Happy pampering!

My initial visit to Spavia - Natick for a facial was "Heavenly"! The atmosphere and services stimulated my being. I highly recommend this spa experience as a great escape to relax and refresh, oh sooo close to home! A great addition to MetroWest.💕
