Greeted with friendly faces. Brought to a spectacular waiting area, robes, shoes, tea, water and warm neck presses. Ambiance was amazing. Amanda came to get me. Rock massage was amazing. After treatment I was given a tour of the facility. Brought back to relaxation room-not rushed out the door. Facilities were clean, staff friendly. Was not pressured to buy anything. Can't wait to return
