It was our first time to Spavia. My daughter had a facial and I had a massage. I had never had a massage before because I'm self conscious. From the time we walked in, Heather and Caroline were very friendly and accommodating. I actually mistakenly booked 2 massages instead of 1 and the facial. Caroline managed to fix the problem and keep the appointments for the same time. My daughter's facial was done by Kayla and she enjoyed it very much. My massage was done by Laura. She made me feel very comfortable and explained what she was going to do. She told me I could modify things or simply let her know if I was uncomfortable with something. I would definitely come back and recommend Spavia to a friend. Thank you!
