The staff was very friendly when I was checking in. The person who conducted my massage (Shannon) was fantastic. It was my first time there and I was open to conversation with her. She checked with me on the amount of pressure she was using as well as explained what she was doing and why I was feeling certain tension. Everything flowed naturally and I got to the point where I forgot I was getting a massage and was just super comfortable. Will definitely be back.
