My Spavia experience was wonderful! I have sensitive skin and a few allergies and had asked to see any product ingredients ahead of time if possible, and Caroline graciously sent me screenshots of the ingredient lists. When I arrived I was greeted warmly, and then my facial with Karen was excellent. She adapted the offering for my skin, walked me through each step, and then let me relax and zone out during the wonderful facial and arm massage. I've already booked my next service!
