the masseuse was amazing. The spa was clean, great products. The reason why I gave a 9 instead of a 10 was because although the receptionist was friendly, she didn't offer me any water or tea prior to my appointment. I was plenty early and most spas offer you a refreshment while you wait. This place is also a little pricey but it was worth it for the great massage.
