My service was a 10+, however there was a disturbance during my service that somewhat ruined the experience. Someone was yelling “hello “ multiple times with no one responding. I suggested when I checked out that there should be signage when the front reception area in unattended. Perhaps, “we will be back at…” or “ please call ####, if no one is here when you arrive. Not good to leave reception unattended.
