The spa is great and I had a nice experience when I had my facial done. With the body massage, the therapist said she couldn’t take my knots in one session, even though I said I was in pain and would like to have them removed/aliviated. This was the first time I heard a therapist say that and I left the message with physical relief. I thought this was outrageous!
