I found the staff to be very friendly and very good natured. My facial with Karen was terrific and extremely relaxing. I also had a massage with Steven, who was excellent and also very relaxing. He also helped relieve the ache of a couple pulled muscles in my shoulder. I will definitely refer people to Spavia as I had a very enjoyable and relaxing time.
