Ease of booking and cancellation (and wasn't charged when I had to cancel <24 hours when I had a medical emergency); good hours; ease of starting/stopping membership, ; friendliness and competence of front office staff; quiet/dark + clean space + easy parking; of course the quality of the massage (especially Steve), look forward to trying facials ; possible suggestions (very minor): massage add in's like extra work on ne k/shoulders and feet or scalp; more options for the scent of lotions + shampoo (maybe some lavender or a forest scented one?); descriptions of each massage therapist's strengths;
