Customer service was excellent. I asked many question about the membership and the girl at the front answered every question clearly and with a smile. The locker room and the waiting room are well thought out with all the necessities for the experience. The masseuse was very good at her job and spoke minimally, which was important to me. I don't want to have a conversation while getting a massage. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. Such as that, I signed up for a membership.
