Staff is attentive and kind. Esthetician, Ann, is always very informative on what she is doing, she takes the time to discuss skin concerns and is thoughtful on what products she recommends. Her skill is exceptional! I am always glowing when I leave. I always feel calm and relaxed.

This was the second time I made an appt well in advance and when I arrived they didn't have the appt down . After 5-10" they were able to fit me in with Shayla whom my appt was with Shayla was great but by the time she started it was 12.15 and was finished at 12:45 It was supposed to be. A 40" treatment ... but I received a half hour I feel that due to the bookkeeping error and them trying to stay on schedule that I received less than I paid for.

Because I liked the ambiance and the professionalism of the people that work there. The only thing that I did not like was that when I went to pay, the girl started offering me packages and products to purchase. I would like to ask if I needed something not to be in the impression that I needed to buy something extra.
