Firstly, my massage therapist is very skilled. I've gone through a lot of therapists to finally find Jill. Secondly, it's the little things that make a difference in a spa feel. For example the cozy robes. The warm neck pillows for pre and post treatment in the waiting room. Sipping on some warm tea. Only complaint is I wish the treatment rooms were a little warmer. Even with the heated blankets I still get cold.
