  • The only thing I didn't like was the lengthy and invasive check in that asked me to come 20 min early. Didn't feel the need to give every medicine I am on. At age 61 that list just significant enough to be a pain in the neck. I think you should replace the questions about music listened to and aroma oil chosen to be done on a personal note with the person behind the counter. I requested the music that was playing in the room, but they weren't sure which music that was and it didn't seem to match the music offered in the questionnaire selection. Choosing the oils became a little bit lengthy with all the testers. Maybe reduce the number of choices. Make the check in shorter....five minutes. One page maximum. Put me in a bad mood for the beginning of a massage. also, anything important was discussed in person with the masseuse before hand. Can't imagine they reviewed the questionnaire so felt redundant. Thank you.
