My massage started when I walked through the front door! The music was so relaxing and the front counter staff, Ashley, was very upbeat and helpful. My masseuse was Michelene and she was great! One thing I might recommend on the survey you fill out beforehand would be if you like your massage table to be heated or not. Other than that.. no complaints! I'll be back for another in a few weeks!
