I absolutely love Spavia. I have a membership and look forward to my monthly visits (sometimes more!) with Michelene. No matter how stressed I am walking in there, I walk out feeling calm and relaxed. The girls that greet you are always pleasant and seem happy to see you, the lockers are convenient and the robes are super comfy. I enjoy hanging in the "quiet room" with a cup of tea and a neck warmer until Michelene is ready for me and afterwards. Run, do not walk there! You won't regret it!

Yes. Rachel was so patient and relaxing. I fell asleep several times during install and I must say she has a gentle touch. I've gotten so many compliments and I already recommended her to several associates. Its literally been 24 hrs since my install. I'm truly satisfied
