I absolutely love the before and after atmosphere. It is that room of tranquility that brings me back to spavia. I have been to many, many other massage facilities and this is by far my favorite. I recommend it to everyone and just recently bought a monthly membership. I live 45 mins away and come that far just for the atmosphere.

The atmosphere and services were great- except for the constant the loud closing doors with squeaky hinges every five minutes as well as being able to hear a gaggle of people laughing it up & talking loudly. Not very "relaxing."

Because it was an amazing experience for the first time!!! Also, I was stuffy and I felt like I couldn't breath and when Alicia DiCarlo did the minty part on my face and under my nose and let the steam hit my face, I felt my nostrils opening up again. My face felt so smooth and I was very relaxed 🙂
