The experience was great. Even though I had to change my treatments at the last minute due to a health contradiction, it was done so smoothly. Also, and this is a huge plus, the woman at the front desk made me aware of the monthly member options, but did not push them down my throat like other spa chains do. I am hoping that is the overall philosophy of Spavia. I may not be able to make time to be a monthly member, but I will definitely return as a customer.
