Your reception area smells like an old wet towel, was not offered a warm neck wrap while in waiting area, locker room doesn't have anyplace to put stuff in like a bench, and didn't like to put dirty shoes with my purse and clothes in the locker. Otherwise the facial was excellent!

they lady who did my massage took the time to ask me where my problem areas were. she worked on th4m and asked me if the pressure was right or too much and other then that was quiet which I loved
