The whole experience is a ten! The robe and sandals, the lounge area, the quality of the linens in the massage room, and Drew gives an amazing massage! I've been here twice and would have rated it a 10 both times !

Wish there were more 'spa amenities ahead of and after treatments. The actual massage from Bonnie was excellent.

Alison is great as always and love the peaceful room before the massage with the warm neck towels and tea. Another way to elevate the experience could be to have massage chairs in the waiting area, that would be a bonus
