The massage room I was in the bed was cold when i got in and took a while to warm u. I also kept hearing a banging door and I don't think the music I picked was playing. Music for facial was perfect. I never experienced these problems when I was a member before I was diagnosed with cancer.

Service was superior. The facility was quiet and restful. All the extra touches were wonderful- the neck warmers, the personalized options (choose your own music and scents), doing everything online and by text), etc.
