Great experience. Only thing I wasn’t a fan of was having to wear a mask when lying on my back but I understand they this is a requirement.

There was a friendly greeting at the reception desk, I observed pleasant interaction among employees and my tech, Alyssa did an excellent job on my brows, after asking me how I'd like them shaped. Alyssa was friendly and quite lovely. Soothing atmosphere.
