I like the lounge area, staff was very informative and polite. Tea was good as well and i like the heated neck pillow, never had thag before it was great and i like that youre allowed to sit in the lounge after your massage and relax for a lil longer if youd like. Massage itself was great, they targeted the areas needed and also after my service was done.. i was given recommendations on what treatments to get and the areas i need massaged out. It was very helpful and I actually felt relieved and wayy less tension than when i walked in. My body felt like it was rejuvenated
