Massage was a 10/10! Robes and slippers were nice. I appreciated the relaxation room, though they need more white noise. You could hear the staff moving around a lot. I think they were running about 15 minutes behind, which was totally fine but I just wish they let me know at the front desk because I had a ride later to pick me up at a certain time. Overall great and 9/10
