The atmosphere was very calming. The person at the from desk was very courteous and helpful. Guided me through to the tranquillity room to wait while offering me water tea or a hot neck towel. Marisa was amazing with her waxing technique and expertise. She explained everything prior to doing. Was conscientious about my level of comfort. The spa was hopping for a Sunday afternoon. I immediately scheduled an appointment for my husbands massage. I will return.
