My experience overall was very nice and relaxing and my massage with mickaleena was amazing. Since it was my first time there I was looking forward to a hot neck wrap and tea before my massage but unfortunately since it was pretty busy - there were no hot neck wraps available and the hot water in the pitcher was not hot. A minor thing which is why I gave a 9 and not 10 - but something that can be improved upon.
