I gave a 10 because from start to finish the process was smooth and relaxing. Bonnie, my massage therapist was amazing and sweet. She is truly an asset. I will be back to see Bonnie again very soon...Thank you Spavia!!

I gave it a 9 because of the differences in the facials my daughter and I received, compared to the description. We both had the soothing recovery facial. The description includes a massage with warm stones. There wasn't a discussion with my aesthetician, but she only used her hands, and not warm stones, which I actually preferred. My daughter had the stone massage. After the hand and arm massage, my hands were covered with plastic gloves and mitts, but my daughter's weren't. Was the use of mitts something extra my therapist did just for me or should it have been part of my daughter's as well?
