The sheets are so nice and soft and comfortable along with the quality of the beds and head rests. The robe and sandals is a nice touch. The atmosphere is calming.

The woman at the front desk was so nice and friendly and did a great job showing me around the facilities. My massage was great. I love the quiet room you sit in prior to your service. Most spas do not have this - they send you directly into the room where you receive your service and it feels rushed. Changing into a robe first and sitting in this quiet room gives you a chance to relax first and get into the right headspace.
