From the reception on entry, we were greeted with a smile and it was easy to get settled in. Also had a form provided to fill in personal preferences. The changing room was clean and very nice. The waiting area before being called for massage was clean, ambience was serene and music was relaxing. Masseuse was very pleasant and well skilled. Got the massage I needed and even fell asleep. Post-massage tea was calming. In general it was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend this Spa. They also have great maternity massage for pregnant women.
