Suzanne is an excellent massage therapist, knowledgeable and a friendly demeanor. The front desk team is also nice. The only concern, which is the reason for a 9 out of 10 instead of 10/10, is frequent and excessive sound bleed over from hallway and other rooms into some of the therapy rooms.

Just lovely preparing for the massage. Particularly liked sampling the fragrances for the massage oil, the locker room. So thoughtful with the robes, slippers, and even a little jewelry box in the locker! The warm neck wrap was a wonderful way to wait. The therapist, Genesis, was great! She used the perfect amount of pressure and made the experience perfect. My only disappointing comment is that the room was too chilly with the air conditioning.
