Would have preferred a choice of scents and room could have been a little warmer (now maybe it was cooler since yesterday was a holiday and our appointments were at 1030am). Alison was very nice. Would have preferred a follow up upon starting the service to see how the pressure was. Lastly she asked what areas of concern I had - I expressed my legs, hamstrings. And i felt as though my legs were worked on the least. That all being said- my body did and does feel better coming out than it did going in. Overall it was just little things that I would tweak

The lotion was cold. It was shocking. Lotion warmers especially in the winter would be wonderful. Have seen them on other places.

Facial was great. My skin was glowing afterwards. It was also very relaxing
