Great atmosphere, nice facilities very clean, we were not rushed, there was not any "upselling" of packages or pressure to upgrade/or tip. Pricing was reasonable and Kiersten was great! Very relaxed enjoyable experience! My only complaint (unless I couldn't figure it out) the shower had 1 temperature, much too hot.
