I have the Premier membership & had called to schedule the 80 minute massage for 5pm last evening. After my massage I said to the therapist how the time went by so fast & she commented that a 50 minute massage does go fast. With a surprised look on my face I said my massage was to have been scheduled for 80 minutes. Anyway due to the mixup Spavia gave me my choice of a free facial or a 100 minute massage. WOW! Now that is AMAZING customer service! Talk about going above & beyond what I would have expected!!! Seriously ---I was expecting the 30 minutes that I didn't get just added on to my next month's massage). THANK YOU!
