Very professional! I loved how you are treated like royalty the second you walk in. You get shown where you're changing room is, fresh rob and sandals, and then you receive a warm towel to get you relaxed before you get massaged. I also loved how Dawn, my massage therapist, asked me if all the lotions and her tactics of massage were okay to use before she starts. Phenomenal experience and I will for sure be back!
