The front desk employee (Savannah?) answered my phone call professionally and politely. She was great at welcoming me when I arrived. She is a great asset as the people working the front desk of any business is the first impression for guests. Jamel gave me an amazing massage and listened to what I needed and made sure I was comfortable at all times. He was also very professional and kind. Your staff is top notch. I work in guest services, and your team is excellent!
