The experience was phenomenal, from checkin to the massage. Staff and therapist were all friendly and accommodating. I love the extra touches of warm towels, relaxation retreat area, robes, etc.

Massage therapist was very good . Not rushed , made sure everything was comfortable. The spa was very nice and clean . Only complaint,The noise in the hall and front desk could be kept down or put noise machine .
