I had a great experience all around - service & staff! I've been to massage envy a couple times and didn't have great experiences, so I'm happy I switched to Spavia! (I work in retail so I have high expectations on good/quality customer service). I loved the spa, all of the staff and my massage therapist. Everyone was so nice, helpful with questions I had on products and services and the facility was beautiful! Very serene and luxurious, but at an affordable price. It felt very clean too. I loved the robes, sandals, getting my own locker, choosing the lotion and music, plus the CBD boost was amazing! All of the products were wonderful and good quality. I even bought the lotion and CBD cream that used in my massage. My massage therapist, heaven, was very sweet. She listened to what I needed done during my service and did an amazing job throughout all 80min! I wanted medium-firm pressure and she definitely delivered. After my service she talked to me for a few min and gave me recommendations on how to keep my back muscles loose. I even got $20 off for working in the mall! (Which I wasn't expecting). So over all I give Spavia 10/10 and would definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you for providing such a wonderful, relaxing, "high end" service at such an affordable price! I'll definitely be back!
