Everyone was delightful and so nice and professional. Especially esteticians. Also the last who followed us to the dressing room. Check in lady tried to be nice but didn't really work. Also the ambiance is amazing in the back, and the questionnaire of picking ones own music or weather I want to talk or not is golden
