The atmosphere was very relaxing and zen-like. Rachel was wonderful. It was a great experience! My only suggestions would be to give first time clients better instructions, i.e. which clothes to remove, where do we put our wet shoes/boots so we aren't trying to jam them in a locker, are you not supposed to talk in the room where you wait for your esthetician or when you are relaxing after your session is over, where/when do we pay, can we get a refill on water, where is the restroom, etc.
