Aisha is an amazing massage therapist. Her approach is not "one size fits all. Every time I come she carefully considers my needs for that appointment and adjusts her approach accordingly. For reference, I am typically getting deep tissue and, given that, I always come away rightfully "tender " but with exponentially better mobility. I cannot recommend her enough!
