I had it in my head that I was just going to walk in and head to the room to get a massage. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that there was an area for me to change, a nice relaxing lounge area for me as well along with some snacks, a cozy warm lavender neck rest and water! I thought it was very relaxing and like a small getaway!
