I appreciated being able to check in online and note my preferences regarding the facial. My esthetician Akilah was fantastic! I felt she used the entire time for impactful actions (some facials are all fluff, no substance), she did not push to upsell products, she offered helpful feedback on my skin and she made the experience both relaxing and productive.
