The massage was very good. The only disappointing part was that I wanted to buy a package and I could not use my gift cards to do so, so I did not purchase.

My ups and was able to set up the details of his appointment ahead of time, I was not. The tables weren't as warm as they were previously. Neither my husband or I got exactly what we asked for in the massage. It was still good- just not exact
