It was perfect. The ONLY thing we'd change is your emails. We received OVER 50 emails in the last 2 months since booking the appointments. We don't need to see all the internal staff changes you make unless they impact us. We also just need 1 reminder, so 4 people, 4 emails would be sufficient.
