While the massage was good, my arm was bent in a position that made me super uncomfortable (like I was being handcuffed) and it was not explained to me beforehand she just grabbed my arm and did that and it made me panic a little lol so I would recommend communicating to the client about what you are going to do if bending in an unnatural way
