My back was in bad shape and I needed a massage right away. Spavia's appt booking online was super easy and they had options available within the next day or so. Nadia, my masseuse did an incredible job. That was one of the best deep tissue massages I've had and I've had quite a few in the last 20 years. Spavia also has the masseuse fill out a recommendation card about next steps - things like drinking water, here's the areas of your body that are most tight, stretching, what services they might recommend in the future, etc. And their membership had some great options to it - but it wasn't a hard sell in the slightest - and you don't have to be a member to use them. I would highly recommend my masseuse and the entire Spavia team!
