• They didn't offer me a drink after the massage even tho I said yes to a cup of water on the survey. The massages were a bit too firm - so it was a bit more painful than pleasant. Otherwise, good experience.

• Excellent service and atmosphere, bedside manner is always great. It was chilly in the massage room, even with table up all the way; Paige did what she could to make sure I stayed warm enough throughout. Having the fireplace on in the retreat room was perfect in comparison!
