• All the staff were helpful, polite, knowledgeable and professional. I felt they all wanted to ensure I had a relaxing and pleasant experience. The products that were used for my massage and facial were very nice. Loved the relaxation room and the heated neck pillow. Robes were great. Loved, loved the massage and facial table. I liked that you could raise the head and legs. I have vertigo and in other places we always had to find pillows especially towels to put under my head. This was perfect. Just pushed a button and instant comfort. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I will be back!
