• Technician was great. Front desk could have been friendlier. When checked out would have liked an itemized receipt, just told what I owed, paid with cc, gc & made a purchase of product. When I arrived no smile both ladies did not come out from behind the counter, both were talking to another potential client. Not a very good division of their combined attention.
